Create a Phonebook and Contact List ?

Organize your contacts in Instantbroadcast by creating a phonebook and adding contacts manually or via CSV. Here’s how:

1. Log In to Your Account

• Open the Instantbroadcast app and log in using your credentials.

1. Navigate to Phonebook Screen

• Locate the “Phonebook” section in the app’s menu or dashboard.

1. Create a Phonebook

• Enter a name for your phonebook (e.g., “Customers” or “Leads”).
• Click the “Add” button to create the phonebook.
• A confirmation will indicate that your phonebook was created successfully.

1. Add Contacts to the Phonebook

• Click on the phonebook name to open it.
• Click the “+” button to add contacts.
• Choose one of two methods to add contacts:
• Upload by CSV: Upload a CSV file containing contact details (e.g., phone numbers, names). Ensure the file format matches Instantbroadcast’s requirements (check the app for a sample CSV).
• Upload by Typing: Manually enter contact details, such as phone numbers and names.
• Add contacts according to your chosen method.

1. Verify Contact Addition

• Once added, your contacts will appear in the phonebook, and you’ll see a confirmation that the contact numbers were added successfully.

Tip: Ensure all phone numbers include country codes (e.g., +12025550123) and have user consent for WhatsApp messaging to comply with Meta’s policies.
